Monthly Billing & The Love For A Pre Termination Notice

Dear Ekurhuleni, I have a suggestion for you... could you please change your 2 service providers around. The people that deliver the bill/ invoice and the people that deliver the Pre Termination Notice. The notice always seems to get here before the actual bill I must pay. Added to that your on line system changed, I could not log in and payed an estimated amount, a little more than I normally pay, yet still to get the a notice. I know yo make money this way from your ******* scheme to deliver the notice then bill me an additional R150.12 for your incompetence of actually getting the bill to me on time and your total in ability to project manage a change over of a system. You people need to wake up and get off social media during works hours and do so work.... I have the termination notice, but yet I still don’t have the bill for the month!
