Money owed to me

<p>The municipality owes an amount to me for the last 2,5 years for the time that I paid the rates on a property that was being sold. They are insisting on having all the receipts as proof yet the amount was paid via EFT from their website. And the statement clearly shows an amount owed to owner. Not only do I think it's unfair to expect receipts when they have an EFT option but it's wrong keeping the money considering that the value that we get out of the municipality is mediocre. </p>
