Money before every topped with no service delivery

they wat dawn park ext7 is forever having electricity issues you will swear we do not pay, but we actually pay ,most houses are on pre paid, meaning we buy electricity then we all know that if u dont pay rates they block ur meter so u wont be able to top up electricity. so this far getting money is the only service they are good at service delivery below zero, each time there is loadshedding the power always does not come back, the issues they keep reporting on are the same each time which proves pure incompetence and lack of required skills coz honestly how do keep fixing the same thing week after week month after month, its pathetic especially because its always only one section and reasons given never change, they must stop demanding rates payment so that the people of ext 7 can go and invest in solar system to avoid the circus of always not having power when all other extensions have.
