Meter Water Leak Not Being Attended To!

The water meter outside my house is leaking terribly. My gateway is flooded. I lodged a query on Monday @3:30pm - had a Ref no sent to me and was told about the 48hr turnaround period. Nobody has come, I called again today from work around 3pm and was told they’re sending help, I got home from work and still help hasn’t been sent. I thought the water issue was a serious matter in SA. Might aswell leave taps running all the time seeing that the state doesn’t care at all
