Meter Tampering

13 December 2013 I reported that my prepaid box was broken and that I'm unable to load electricity. I was given a reference number and electricians have been coming and going without replacing the \box". One of the Electricians came around and eventually put me over on to Municipality electricity and told me that they will resolve the matter as soon as possible. Unfortunately over time I lost his Vehicle Registration number and cannot prove this. But how otherwise would we be back on the electricity \""grid\"". Definitely not Tampering as I have pictures of the meter with the seal in tact proving that it hasn't been tampered with. They even came out during this time and actually put a sticker on the meter outside to prove that it was inspected by them. It's been a year and 3 months and my \""box\"" still has not been replaced. I now have received a Notification of Electricity Meter Tampering and I cannot get hold of anyone at the Electricity department to resolve this matter. Can anyone assist me with this matter URGENTLY as I desperately need to resolve this issue. I am unable to take time off from work to sort this out."""
