meter reading
im being charged interim rates for my electricity bill, meter reading are not taken im sure for the past 6 months or more. I dont know why you still pay the services providers for services not rendered. I tried calling your offices millions of times but as always no one bothers to answer the calls. I need it rectified urgently as i also want to pay for what i used not an estimate
