Meter Blocked
Re Account Number *** , the prepaid meter has been blocked by the council .<br> This account is up to date and despite at least 10 complaints submitted via your web site , nothing has been done to unblock this meter . As far as I understand , it is ******* to block a pre paid meter even if the account is in arrears , but none the less the account is up to date and the meter is still blocked .<br> please can some one attend to this as soon as possible .<br>
