****med my refund due from clearance rates

I sold my property and as required I paid the clearance rates for months ahead, I had a R7300 refund due to me after the property was registered to the buyer which was supposed to be paid back to me via my attorneys, I never received the money, a refund was processed but no one knows where the money went a month later. You guys are disgusting! You **** people and you are the worst municipality. My attorneys never got the money, your accounts department is useless.
