Low allocation of units - ******* [meter number ***]]

I tried to call the support number, because I am purchasing electricity unit for R250.00 and I got 48 units, this is a total *******, their support number which is *** doesn't go through, I was on hold for 33 minutes, no agent came to help. I sent an Email and there is still no response.
