Load shedding for 10 hours

It seems like were back here again. Same old same old.<br> <br> Sunday we had load shedding from 1 PM to 6 PM???<br> <br> Today I have been without any power since 1:30 AM and it just back on at 11:30.<br> <br> Does any one care about this? Seems like the answer is no, people are too busy for old buildings in Germiston CBD, this is not the first time I complain on the platform, and the impression I am getting from this, is that, we are really not important to this Municipality...<br> <br> Any sense in that?
