Living without water. (Basic Service Denied)

We have been experiencing water cuts two days ago, I have sent an email to Dipuo and Sanet who are usually the people I contact when we have problems in Tembisa . I have not had any feedback, thought that I should give them time before going this route , but they both leave me no choice because they are quiet. Houses that are surrounding us have water since it was cut off, our house remains with the problem which will again result in our geyser getting damaged , is the city of Ekhuruleni prepared to by us a new one should this matter continue being unresolved ? It was quiet frustrating to have to live without water , worse no notification of any kind is ever sent out because we live in a township and not the suburbs.
