LENGTHY AND UNREASONABLE POWER CUTS

Greetings.Our electricity has been cut off since 07:20am. It is currently 17:51 and we still dont have electricity in most parts of Delville. It does not make sense that one portion of Delville has electricity and the rest doesn't because even in load shedding the power comes and goes at very the same time all around. Look into this and fix the problem permanently because not so long ago,I wrote a review on the very same matter.Whenever this problem is fixed,its fixed temporarily. Everything will be normal for a ays then back to the very same problem. Fix this!!
