Leaving in Darkness.

We’ve been without electricity from Sunday at Sharon Park Ext 2, we called customer care and we were told to wait 48 hours which we understood but not it has been more than that 48 hours. I pay my Rates in time , I don’t owe any Municipal services and yet they fail to deliver on their part. What exactly are we supposed to do, it’s cold , the kids have been sent home because of this Pandemic virus that we are dealing with . Food is being wasted, we spending more money on take aways , money that we don’t have. We taking cold baths now the kids have flu. Medical attention is needed where exactly are we supposed to get money to fund all this things and yet come month end you want Rates to be paid . Ekurhuleni Municipal Electricity you are not playing a fair game with us.
