Leaking sewage and damage to my property

I've been experiencing sewage leaks in my yard for over a year now,finally I hired a plumber and bought pipes to control the flow of **** and water....but recently they sent an inexperienced TLB operator to come and do earth works on the same street which worked on it to have an easy access,so the operator damaged my pipes and messed up the sewages which resulted in blocking the flow of **** and water now is all over my yard and entrance which prevented me from entering my yard....then he left it like that!!
