Lazy Garbage Pickup

I am furious. Why are we paying for garbage collection, when they do not pick up the garbage.

This morning I put out my black wheely bin, full to the top with black bags. When I got home from work, these lazy people actually took 2 of the black bags out of the wheely bin and left it in my driveway.

They litterly did the opposite of their JOBS. For years these service men and woman picked up black bags, and threw it in the truck. Now it seems they have become so lazy that on the odd day that they aren't rolling past at 8PM (probably so they can *********ly claim tax payer money through overtime), they won't even take all trash but empty the trash out on ones driveway, and only take 1 or 2 bags.

This is unacceptable, and I demand an explanation for this, if I am expected to PAY for this service.
