Lack of service delivery by ekurhuleni water and sanitation department

I have reported a blocked and overflowing manhole which in turn overflows into the house and the yard is now filthy. 15/02/2023 was the day I reported, No1 has come to unblock or clear the problem. I stayed home today thinking the plumbers would come but didnt. I have been calling the call centre and I'm told it will be escalated or the plumbers have other places to go 1st... They have been going to other places for 3 days? My ref number is 1247 can some1 please help?
