Lack of Service Delivery

I am very unhappy with the service I have received from the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality regarding my electricity.<br> <br> I have been without electricity since Saturday the 4th of July. I logged a call on Saturday and received the following reference number ***. I was told the electricians would come to assist. Its Monday Night and I am still without electricity, the electricians have not arrived .<br> <br> The service we have received has been terrible. I have been calling everyday and I am told the same thing.
