Kwartel road

I live in birch acres and have an issue with Kwartel road.<br> <br> It is riddled with potholes, and when they replaced the water pipes a good 6 months ago, a ditch was dug and left.<br> <br> Numerous residents has complained about it, and it is still not fixed, and no, filling it up with gravel is not fixing.<br> <br> Then there is the potholes. Does EMM have any intention to fix this? and when? <br> <br> I would also like to find out where I can send my tire claims too!
