Kempton Park nightmare

I don't know if is is the right platform but I am fed up with KP municipality. No street lights working, reported more than a year ago regularly. No water and lights readings and invoiced properly for the past 4 months. No refuse collected timeously, apparently contractors not paid and yet we are billed every month for it, where does the money go? Potholes getting more and more making the roads dangerous to drive, also huge trucks drive through areas which are residentials where they should not be allowed to. To add insult to injury, the mayor has been fired, the councilors are non existent so I suspect that the municipality is in total anarchy.... I don't know how bad it is elsewhere but don't move to Kempton, it is an absolute nightmare!!!!!
