Keep getting final notice even though paid

All of a sudden if payment is not made by the 27th EMM are quick to send off a final notice saying you have to pay within 7 days. I dont recall agreeing to anything like this (i.e a payment date), the problem is that I only get paid on the 27th and then settle all my accounts, however even though EMM receive the payment, they are quick to bill me for the cost of sending the final notice.<br> <br> How do I reslove this going forward and how do I get credited for the incorrect billing by sending me these notices. I only noticed now that it has been for a couple of months. I think this is not how you treat customers fairly and is a money making scheme for EMM.<br> <br> Very upset being treated like this as I have never defaulted on any payment. Also cant get hold of anyone to resolve this.
