My name is Nkosinathi Ntshalintshali. I stay in kwa-thema in springs. I have never been so embarrassed like this in my life. The Municipality is owing me R750 but they blocked my meter no. I can't buy electricity and my son is 2 weeks old. I don't know what I'm going to do because we need warm water for his milk and the house need to be warm. The Municipality in kwa thema is useless. When I went to ask they said I'm owing them R3100 but my statement is showing that they are owing me R750. the was no communication that I'm owing them.
