I've had enough!!

I have had enough of the ****py services that's Ekurhuleni continues to provide. This is the third time within a space of three months that I am receiving a final notice for rent services that I have already paid for. I then get charged "cost of notice" which is a R164. 80 everytime I'm served with notice. They are very quick to charge and send final notices but take freaken three months or even more to send rent statements instead of every month. Am I supposed to guess how much I'm supposed to pay for rent every month?!... How about you make sure that I get my rent invoice as quick as you send those final notices and while you at it please double check wether I have paid or not before sending me these annoying final notices that merely just add to my invoice for the next month.
