Is that how we save water?

<p>We are living in a severe drought stricken area with water restrictions. Yet is seems Ekurhuleni is too concerned with minor details than they are with fixing water leakages.</p> <p>We called their service center to report a water leakage. This leakage was "fixed" by them a few months ago. The person we spoke to asked for the account number of the property before they would attend to the leak.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would love to know what one would do if you drive by a house where water is streaming out and you have no idea what the account number is and the people are nowhere to be found. Yet Ekurhuleni deemed it right to cut of our water at night because the residents and businesses did not save enough.</p> <p> </p> <p>Fix the leaks and get your own house in order please. Less red tape and more action!</p>
