Intermin account over FOUR times my normal bill
I Received my March statement this week. Water meter has not been read so i have an interim bill. Shockingly the Interim bill is for over FOUR times what my normal monthly water reading (usage) is.<br> <br> I am unable to reach a single person at the Municipality to discuss this and get it rectified as the phones simply ring.<br> <br> How on earth can this have happened????<br> <br>
