INSUFFICIENCY!! USELESS!!

After waiting 6 weeks for my traffic fine to be loaded on the internet for me to pay it. It came to now surprise to me that the amount online was wrong and it seems that there is no way for Ekhurhuleni to fix their mistakes without me literally driving there and showing them the original with the right amount on.<br> <br> Nobody at the station even tried to accommodate me. Well the 3 people that actually answered the phone. It seems that they don't even know how to answer the phone! <br> <br> After I wanted to speak to someone with higher authority the person on the other line refused to transfer me, he didn't even want to give me his name. The other officers there after only transferred me to someone else and kept me on hold and later put down the phone. <br> <br> I can't understand how difficult it is to look up an original document and confirm that they made a mistake. <br> I have phoned numerous numbers with no success, gone to the post office and paycity with no success. Unfortunately I wont pay a cent more for a fine where the money is going to go to people that is so insufficient.
