Inhuman behavior

A week without electricity and three days with power. Only to find out our meter is now blocked and left without electricity Again. Three children which one is a week and half old. No food, no bathing, no warmth. Promise after promise to have this matter fully resolved. This is ridiculous and this matter will now go to the newspapers. This matter should have been resolved early last week but still nothing. Call centre is useless and rude. Municipality does not seem to have any feelings.
