Incorrectly Advised Now I'm in arrears!!!!

<p>I spoke to Peter Sanderson at the Boksburg branch,</p> <p>Chief Clerk Boksburg</p> <p>(011) ********** </p> <p> ********** 421</p> ********** <p>www.e-siyakhokha.co.za</p> <p> </p> <p>My account was double what it usually was in March, so I queried it. He told me </p> <p>"That amount is a credit you are not owing anything on your account."</p> <p>I asked him how come I'm in credit so I can understand? He complete ignored me.</p> <p>I left it.</p> <p>I checked my account again now 6 weeks later, because if I was in credit by that amount, I would be due to pay again in June possibly, so i was just following up and making sure.</p> <p>Now I owe 3 times my usual amount!!!!!!!!</p> <p>I emailed him again asking him is this still a credit or am I owing. Just to make sure.</p> <p>NOW all of a sudden I'm owing 3 times my usual amount I pay, apparently accumulated in only 6 weeks, ONTOP of an aparrent credit I had working in my favour. He replies</p> <p>"That was six weeks ago your account get billed on a monthly basis please see your statements below" and pastes me statements.</p> <p>Do you know how much deep s *** I'm in now having to pay this large amount or have our services cut!!!???</p> <p>Who is the idiot that suffers the incompetance here!? Us the citizens.</p> <p>I initially followed up because my account was double what it usually was. And now I get told I'm in arrears and it's TRIPLE.</p> <p>Thanks alot for NOTHING, Thanks for being ***********!!!! I dont know who you employ, obviously not anyone with a matric or even a std 6 because to me this is the most basic math and to not be able to advise correctly is gobsmacking.</p> <p>Pathetic service, and this coming from a CHIEF Clerk. </p>
