incorrect water meter readings and billing

For the past two months we have been paying for water usage on average reading of 3 months back. no true reading was done and this ends up us having to pay huge amounts. EMM need to do water readings and will then realised that I have been overcharged for 125kl i didn't use as per my water meter.

need this matter solved.
