Incorrect water bill

I have logged a query on Saturday 12th June about my water bill, spoke to Mandla and i received smses the whole of Saturday saying the will get to me within 48hrs but till today no one has contacted

I called again today Spoke to Teboho Magulo giving me accounts department number that no one ever picks up and i called again this other guy just wanted to transfer me moment i said i spoke to teboho not even listening to what m saying and then he gave an email address ***

But when i tried sending an email, it says it's in incorrect
