Incorrect Traffic Fine

Hi. I received a fine in my junk mail, this fine is not supposed to be mine. Iv enquired with zero feedback, number only ring. I received the notification again so I registered on city pay and saw the fine itself. It is for a Renault Sadan reg YLG674GP for failure to present license disc. This car is not mine, never were before even. The street mentioned, iv never before went there, was in 2010 last even close to Benoni. So I cant seem to get the support I need to get this removed from my name, someone is busy with ***** or made a mistake. I need help with this, a bad record on my name.
