Incorrect billing
My statement that I receive via email as well as on e-Siyakhoka always states that I owe the Municipality nothing, but they all of a sudden started sending me threatening emails about being in default. The billing for my account is faulty and needs to be corrected.

02 Jan 2018, 09:30It's been a month since I've complained about Ekurhuleni's billing, and still no answer from them.
What's more, I have received another statement from them, saying I owe them zero. This has been the case for a long time now, until I get nasty messages from them saying that I will be handed over if I don't pay outstanding amounts. The issue is that their billing system always shows zero outstanding!
