*********** staff and incorrect information
1 June 2015: no electricity since 1am and it is 6.30pm and still no feedback as to when the electricity supply will be restored. Call centre agents have been communicating incorrect information first stating electricity will be online at 2pm, then 6pm, and after numerous phonecalls (and being cut off multiple times) the staff confessed to not knowing what was going on. Upon speaking to Edmond, the call centre \supervisor"who needs to be trained on telephone etiquette"

There was problems with 2 of the Germiston Sub Stations, and the information received regarding the ETA was giving from the field workers. They found unexpected problems and that is why the ETA was moved from 2pm to 6pm.
Hope the power was restored during the evening
