I have been taken from pillar to post when I was at the office to apply for the refund. I came across *********** staff lacking understanding what the customer wants. After taking close to 2months making trips to the municipality, I was told I was suppose to go to the 3rd Floor in order to be assisted.

Upon my arrival at 3rd Floor, ( Rates & Taxes I was told that Mathapelo captured my information wrong. Instead of cancelling and processing the refund, she credited the account instead. meaning I owe the municipality instead of them refunding me. This is so frustrating to come across such *********** personnel.
