I’m experiencing an issue with Electricity at Sky City , I have logged a call *** and waited for 48 hours for an Electrician to assist , they came and assisted only for the same issue with occur again , when I called the call centre , I spoke to Naledi who said she will request for one of the Technicians who are working to come and assist and will give me feedback if the matter will be attended to , unfortunately she has not contacted me to provide feedback . Now I need to log another call and wait for 48 hours without electricity for the same issue . I’m so disgusted with this service I’m receiving from the municipality, it’s nonsense !
