incompetency of staff
ekurhuleni recently rolled out split metering enclosures in norkem park. after installation i can no longer upload my units because of error 30 message and now i have to call them out to load them manually on the meter inside the kiosk. why can't they resolve this issue permanently as promised last month? it's clear none of them know what they are doing. useless people. even if you call them out, they'll come the next day when your units have ran out. what a horrible service. please subscribe to quality of supply principle
