INCOMPETENCY AND ******!!!

Been a law abiding citizen who ensured that all my rates and taxes are paid on a monthly basis.To my suprise i keep on receiving notice of termination every month,hows that possible when ive paid ,i then went to enquire and i was told taht the last day to make a payment is the 20th???***,who did they advise about that.I work 9-5 job where i get paid on the 31st each month,went to their offices in Kempton Park civic centre and Tembisa Municipal offices who then told me that they have changed the date to the 01/12/2019 for payment.Imagine my shock when i try to buy electricity on the 28/11/2019 to be told that i cannot buy as it was blocked since i didnt pay on the 20th!!Whats the point of going to these offices and not get help?? Are the municipal employees using their positions to civilians as they know that they are untouchable?Calling them is anightmare,going to their offices is a complete waste of time!!!What do we do.

to add to that i live alone and 80 per cent of the time i am not at home yet my bill is comes to +-R1100 every month Can someone please response!!
