Incompetence Galore at Ekurhuleni Metro

What a useless administration, whenever there is loadshedding we have resigned ourselves to having anything between stage 8 or 10 even when Eskom is implementing stage 2 or 3. Since Tuesday, 8th March 2022 we have been having long hours without power/electricity. When power is supposed to come back, it either stays on for 10 minutes and goes off immediately for nothing less than 8 hours. Some days there is no power overnight and you are told technicians will only look into it the following morning at 08h00. Even now we don't ha e power from 04h30 am. We log calls to no avail. Can you guys get your house in order, your service standards are so terrible. Even with your social media platforms, you do not share information. What more shall we do to get services that we have paid for and continue to pay for.
