Incompatincy

I live in the Deville area there is always an electricity problem here. Like now it has been off the day before yesterday it came on last night at 11:45 and now it is off again you phone then and they always have some or other story and can never give you a time when it will be on. It was off for 26 hours and now it off again and it is always this area. This is unexeptable. Al of the surrounding areas are on it is always just this area.
