******* Dumping in the Germiston Area(Complaint 3)

Dear Sir/Madam <br> <br> No progress has been made with Dumping in the Area.The situation has worsened to a disgusting state.Call Reference number is ***. Please escalate the issue asap.<br> <br> Please see the snapshot off my last complaint . <br> <br> ***Complaint Logged 12 January 2016***<br> <br> I have logged 2 Complaints on the E-Siyakhokha Website over the past 4 Months regarding ******* dumping which is taking place around the Cedar Crescent area in Germiston , Primrose . The issue when initially reported was mild . 4 Months later , and it seems as though the field opposite my yard has become a dumping ground . The area where dumping is taking place is infested with Rats. My home , and the home of my neighbours are now infested with Rats . Rats are carriers of fleas. Rats and fleas spread illness and disease . <br> <br> Sir/Madam the situation in this area has become desperate. Trying to get any form of assistance from your revered , World Class Call Centre , and Support Offices has been a draining and torturous waste of time. <br> <br> Another point of note , is that the area is blatantly neglected in terms of Municipal Services . Please advise why this is the case and how this will be resolved.
