I sympathise with anyone who has to phone this useless municipality

<p>I sympathise with anyone who has ever or will ever have the displeasure of trying to telephone The Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality. I’ve been trying for days now to contact these oxygen *******. There are more than 5 numbers that are simply not answered. It has been a most exasperating experience and I don’t wish it upon my worst enemy. And don’t expect a reply to your email either because we all know where your email will land up. This municipality is, in my opinion, useless. Of course they have a Service Call Centre but guess what… The Service Call Centre instructs you to phone one of the five numbers that just rings and rings and rings. What a bunch of absolute gems. Keep up the good work, you idle individuals</p>
