I haven't had electricity for close to a week

I've been experiencing an electricity outage for close to a week now but I haven't been assisted. I've been calling them since Sunday evening and they keep saying they'll assign people to come fix it but they never came, I've called multiple times, went to the office but they keep giving me the run around saying that they'll come fix the issue, instead they keep assigning my case to different people, it's honestly frustrating having to live in the dark for an entire week with little to no assistance from the municipality. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional
