I hate living in ekurhulen right now

My experience with Emm is so annoying, the people who are supposed to take water meter readings they don't do their job. They estimated my billing. In 2***they automatically registered us to indijent household, now they cancelled that indijent, they billing us a huge amount and they say we must pay that amount ,,my water Bill for this month is R10345, where am I going to get that amount I did not asked to be registered for indijent household they just did because of the area we lived in,,thats not far, I don't have that kind of money, I cant afford to pay that. Please anyone help us fight this.
