Humilation and violation of my rights

I was at the municipality on the 09/11 /2017,regarding electricity matter, my husband is working for ekureleni, he blocked the buying of electricity, he is up to date with payment, I was there to unblocked it, and had to speak to a lady named Busi, she was very rude, she told me, she was advise by Mr Jantjie not to unblocked the electricity, as his wife, I keep on asking her, what rights do I have, as there is no written agreement done what is our agreement, she kept on saying she won't put it on as I am just the Co owner, my question is, why is she interfering in husband and wife personal matter as colleagues, she doesn't have the right, to intimidate me, I had to go to the police station, so we could get Mr jantjie, just by a click of a button as Mr jantjie told her to switch it on and he advised her, he will tell her to switch it off again, I am also busy with legal advise regarding this matter and ekhuruleni will be hearing soon from my legal advisor
