Horrible place

Worst place ever roads full of craters can’t call it pot holes as it’s not pot holes CRATERS. Traffic lights out all the time. Street lights missing. Cyclists are also pathetic in that area riding on off ramps of highways not following road laws. Terrible horrible behaviour from public just an over all horrific place.
