Horrible Horrible Horrible

So horrible. What a devastating experience in this country. The ekurhuleni dept of water refuses to assist. I have 2 elderly and a toddler living in my house and i cant seem to get a water bill with my meter reading on it. They keep sending interim bills which are not mine. This is ***** and they just dont care about their people. We are left to fend for ourselves. How sad.
