Highly disappointed and frustrated client

We not getting any service from out municipality its been almost 6 months we have been having this problem and we keep logging complaints but nothing seems to be done. The whole of Sky City's street lights are not working, its winter now and we live in the dark and return from work in the same condition. This in turn also increase the crime rate as because its Dark city the ******** can get away without been noticed.

Can we please get service as we pay our rates and taxes every month for this service. Now we literally begging to get the value of our money
