I would like to make mention of Herm**** as a bitter-ender, a person who has taken it on him as a person to sort out an administrative bungle caused by Ekurhuleni municipality. His tenacious persistence (in my books) earns him a commendation from me, his customer, as a satisfied customer. I am satisfied to see how someone still strives for customer service and an excellence in conduct. Thank you Herm**** you shine.
