Would like to express my gratefulness to Ntombifuthi at the CCC in Springs municipality, Water Meters Reading dept. My family and i have been struggling with a water meter reading repairs or replacement. Ntombifuthi, never got irritated or impatient with the queries we sent to her. Our appreciation to her for following issue up from start to its final resolution. Thank you for keeping your promises and giving updates when possible to do so.
