Help to finding a job

My worst experience being a youth in this province has been the most traumatic experience ever I'm a 29year old lady from Boksburg (ekurhuleni) born and breed. Over the years I've been in and out of thr municipality offices till they changed the system to online and got a sense of relief that maybe this time opportunities will arise and become easier for us to apply as the youth but it went worse to worser, sour, bitter and extremely hard breaking you will apply for almost 4/5years with or without experience you be rejected if not you will go for interviews and funny enough the procedure will be to help youth grow and build their future but till today most are still unemployed and others have learnt that *******ion is taking over and that you need to be part of a certain party to get your way in. On the other hand you also need to know people in the right places at the right time. Like tell me how can we stop crime and other that most youth into when we never get a positive response each time we try and advance ourselves to the next level. I obtained occupational health and safety requirements and thought I would get motivated or trained to become what I was born to be but I guess I need to still find the right person to help me in the society we supposedly live in... And I'm currently unemployed with my certificate that each time put on an eye on them feel discouraged... Can we get exposed to what we were to be please and we apply can we atleast get a positive response
