Health Hazard, terribly ********** air smell caused by Ekhurhuleni Simmer and Jack landfill dump site

Simmer and Jack Landfill waste dump site

live about 300 meters from the dump Simmer and Jack landfill site, and most of the time have to keep windows and doors closed due to the bad smell, and also to avoid flies entering the house. Have to keep burning essences on almost daily basis to get rid of the bad smell in the house. Outside the house on the yard is difficult to be, and cannot enjoy the swimming pool or garden or braais outside and is embarrassing to have visitors or guests, due to the bad smell, ******* and dust flying over everywhere, the uncovered and untreated ******* and/or solid waste view from my houses about 300 meters away, due to its very high height levels above the surrounding houses in the neighbourhood. The waste dumped is supposed to be covered with soil and compacted daily, but it is left exposed untreated for weeks, well over three weeks. The uncontrolled access to the site which makes a constant problem with ******* mines zama zamas and frequent gunshots heard and stray bullets hitting some houses in the neighbourhood. Flies and mosquitos are another serious health problem due to the exposed *******. Frequent fires that breaks in the site, and take days and even weeks to be extinguished, and the dense smoke and terrible air quality all over the neighbourhood.
